Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel. Deep knowledge of Indian spices, regional cooking styles, and traditional preparation methods (e.g., tandoor cooking, slow curries, dosa batter fermentation). Creativity in menu development and presentation. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
