Job summary
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Driver (30 hours per week) with previous healthcare experience to facilitate patient transport service needs of the Day Service as and when required.
Please note you need to have D1 licence to drive the minibus. Due to policies you need to be 21 years old or over and to have held a full UK driving licence for over 24 months.
Long Eaton Day Services specialises in supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, in addition to those with complex health needs, physical disabilities and those with autism.
You will be working 30 hours a week, split shifts Monday Friday, between the hours of 7am-12.30pm and 2pm- 6.30pm.
You will be responsible for ensuring the company vehicle used is refuelled and to check the vehicle before going out and after return, keeping it clean inside and out and reporting any faults/damage.

You will need to demonstrate each of the following:

Extensive experience of driving in cities and motorways, both day and night time
