In this role you will provide engineering support as part of the Product Development process by completing mold design execution and injection system level design while delivering high quality, high performance, reliable and cost effective designs on time. Responsibilities: Complete Design execution applying design standards System level design with limited guidance applying design standards Creation of Design Documents and Validation Plans Participating in cross-functional teams and effectively collaborating worldwide with engineering-, manufacturing-, service-, test- and validation teams. Developing and following complex project-plans including detailed milestone-setting and time-line generation. Effective communication of project status. Qualifications: Master degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent work experience. Some years of work experience in a similar environment would be considered an advantage. Strong knowledge in CAD applications. Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions. Knowledge in calculating design parameters. Knowledge in machining & turning process. Good project and time management skills. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance stack up analysis experience is an advantage Virtual simulation background would be considered an advantage (i.e. structural FEA). Strong communication skills in English language (verbal, written, and presentation). Other languages such as French or German are an advantage.
