With solid experience in coordinating B2B events, join the Paperjam Club, Luxembourg's leading business club, as an Event Coordinator (m/f/x). Within the event production team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the Club's events. Your Responsibilities • Manage event projects and logistics for the events offered each season to Club members; • Coordinate the organization of events (10x6, workshops, lunches, etc.) through all stages of preparation (briefing, timeline compliance, preparation, selection and management of service providers, budget follow-up, logistics management, on-site hosting and coordination on the day of the event, debriefing); • Contribute to the general communication for each event under your responsibility (sending invitations, handling registrations and attendance confirmations); • During events, manage guest reception, catering, sponsors, service providers, and coordination of technical services; • Demonstrate creativity and thoroughness by researching and proposing venues and partners aligned with the initial brief; • Contribute to overall member satisfaction and ensure the quality of the events, while monitoring the performance of the various service providers. Your Profile • Degree in event management or Marketing / Communication; • Proven experience of at least 5 years in event coordination, preferably in the B2B sector; • Good knowledge of Luxembourg, its economic players, cultural spots, and unique venues; • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently with various stakeholders; • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and solve problems creatively; • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; • Enjoy teamwork but also capable of working autonomously, methodically, and rigorously; • Strong writing skills, full proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in French and English (Luxembourgish and German are considered assets).
