Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex fund migration programmes, covering initial scoping, planning, execution, conversion, operational readiness, and post-migration stabilisation. • Act as the primary project contact for clients, fund management companies, custodians, transfer agents, administrators, portfolio managers, brokers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, decision-making, and escalation throughout the migration lifecycle. • Define and maintain detailed project plans, migration roadmaps, wave plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, runbooks, stakeholder maps, governance materials, and status reporting dashboards. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across fund administration, transfer agency, custody, middle office, fund accounting, client service, legal, compliance, technology, and operations to deliver against agreed scope, time, cost, and quality objectives. • Oversee key migration activities including data readiness, data validation, file delivery, reconciliation, operating model design, service model changes, testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness. • Chair working groups, steering committees, and governance forums, providing concise updates, recommendations, and decision papers to senior stakeholders. • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues relating to data quality, system functionality, resource availability, client dependencies, regulatory constraints, and project scope. • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across migration methodology, documentation, controls, and reusable delivery frameworks. • Support Client Service Delivery Managers in identifying service model impacts and ensuring changes are captured appropriately in service level agreements and handover documentation. Requirements • 5 to 10 years of consulting or project delivery experience within financial services, asset servicing, fund administration, or investment management. • Demonstrable track record of delivering large and complex fund migration programmes as a consultant, including administrator transitions, fund conversions, launches, mergers, or liquidations. • Strong understanding of investment funds and asset servicing operating models: fund administration, transfer agency, custody, middle office, fund accounting, and client service processes. • Proven experience managing migration plans, conversion events, data validation, reconciliations, testing, cutover readiness, and post-implementation stabilisation. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trusted relationships with senior clients, internal partners, and external service providers. • Strong governance discipline, including experience preparing executive-level status reporting, steering committee materials, RAID logs, project plans, runbooks, and decision papers. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, competing priorities, and dependencies while maintaining delivery discipline and attention to detail under pressure. • Fluent in English, mandatory; French and/or German would be an important advantage. • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent) is a valued plus.
