Description Support clients and answer daily banking-related inquiries. Assist with administrative and operational processes. Review and update client files and documentation. Participate in KYC and compliance-related activities. Analyze information and prepare reports when required. Collaborate with different departments and gain exposure to various banking functions. Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements. Master's degree obtained recently. Fluent in French and Dutch. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Curious, eager to learn, and interested in the banking sector. Organized, analytical, and customer-oriented. First experience through internships, student jobs, or extracurricular activities is a plus.
