Responsibilities Design and implement innovative solutions for the technical infrastructure to meet organizational needs. Maintain operational system management to ensure service continuity and optimal performance. Coordinate activities to ensure the successful execution and evolution of infrastructure projects. Define and implement documentation and procedures for infrastructure management and maintenance. Lead projects, advise on best practices, and mentor junior engineers within the team. Diagnose complex system problems and implement high-availability solutions. Requirements 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer specializing in Windows environments. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server , Active Directory , Exchange , DFS , and SCCM . Expertise in storage , networking , and cybersecurity protocols. Proven experience in auditing and hardening Windows-based systems. Strong proficiency in virtualization with VMware and knowledge of backup and restore technologies. Hands-on experience with (Power)Shell scripting , Git , and GitLab . Competency in monitoring and log analysis using the ELK Stack . Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and ITILv4 Foundation . You possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a high sense of responsibility. You are fluent in Dutch or French with basic knowledge of the other language and English . Nice to Haves Microsoft Windows certifications. Experience with container technologies like Docker or Podman . Willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance .
