About this role
Responsibilities Maintain contact with various team leaders to align planning and report progress to management. Manage the full project lifecycle including budget monitoring, quality control, and comprehensive reporting. Conduct risk analysis on project plans and proactively propose mitigation strategies or alternatives. Communicate technical changes and project updates clearly to diverse stakeholders. Coach team members in project follow-up and ensure high-quality documentation. Facilitate the integration of traditional project management standards with Agile methodologies across different teams. Requirements 10+ years of experience in project management across multiple domains. 5+ years of specialized experience managing Cybersecurity projects. Experience leading and coordinating projects involving at least 5 different teams. Proven knowledge of project management standards such as PMBOK , Prince2 , or RUP . Practical experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum , Kanban , or Lean . Experience with Compliance reporting and ticketing systems like JIRA . High-level understanding of secure configurations for Networking , Servers , Windows , Linux , and Android . Knowledge of IT security frameworks such as NIST CSF , ISO 27001 , NIS2 , GDPR , or DORA . Strong communication skills and a result-oriented, proactive mindset. You are fluent in Dutch or French with a solid knowledge of the other language and English . Nice to Haves Basic knowledge of security concepts such as Zero Trust , SIEM , SOAR , PKI , DevSecOps , IAM , and PAM . Experience with security monitoring and response tools. Willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
