Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for key Employee Benefits processes. Translate business requirements and customer feedback into clear features, epics, and user stories. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer impact. Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile teams, and architects to deliver innovative digital solutions. Support Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives within a SAFe framework. Monitor market trends and customer expectations to identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization. Requirements You have 8+ years of experience in Employee Benefits and 2nd pillar/group insurance . You possess 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Ownership , Digital Transformation , or Customer Journey Redesign . You bring proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally within a SAFe framework. You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. You have experience managing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders in a complex business environment. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. You're autonomous, hands-on, and result-driven. You're an enthusiastic team player who can lead others through change. You are fluent in Dutch , French , and English . Nice to Haves Knowledge of current market trends in the insurance sector. Experience with portfolio management initiatives.
