Our client, a well-established player in the insurance sector, is looking to strengthen its Business Analysis team by hiring a Business Analyst who combines strong business understanding with solid technical expertise. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams in a multi-ERP environment. Jobomschrijving Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and project managers Contribute to API integrations and system interface discussions Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives Work across different ERP systems depending on project needs 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong understanding of business processes (experience in insurance is a plus) Good technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data flows, system architecture concepts) Experience working with ERP systems SAP knowledge is a strong asset , but not mandatory (experience with other ERPs is highly valued) Fluent in French and Dutch , both written and spoken Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills Ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders
