Jobomschrijving Develop your client portfolio Build and maintain relationships with technology leaders and hiring managers. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships. Understand clients' growth plans, challenges, and recruitment needs. Advise clients on talent market trends and hiring strategies. Connect with top talent Identify, attract, and engage highly skilled professionals. Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates' ambitions and motivations. Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support professionals in making important career decisions. Drive successful recruitment projects Manage recruitment assignments from A to Z. Match talent with business needs. Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements. Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You don't necessarily need recruitment experience to succeed. We are looking for individuals who: Speak English with at least a native level in French OR Dutch. Are passionate about building relationships. Have a strong commercial mindset. Enjoy working towards ambitious goals. Are naturally curious and eager to learn about businesses and industries. Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Possess excellent communication and influencing skills. Are resilient, proactive, and results-oriented. Experience in sales, consulting, business development, customer success, hospitality, banking, or recruitment is considered a plus.
