Main duties of the job
Lead and be responsible for the delivery of our clinical NHS Patient services team, ensuring effective delivery of virtual pre-operative consultations to assess the suitability of prospective patients for treatment. Lead and be responsible for the provision of excellent customer service to patients, providing clinical advice and guidance at all stages of the patient journey.

Qualifications Essential
- Nursing degree and registration with the NMC - Minimum three years post qualification nursing experience
Experience Essential
- Experience of leading and managing a team - Commercial awarness with passion for delivering high standards of customer service and clinical care - Excellent communication skills and a passion for Vision Correction - Ability to lead and motivate a remote team to deliver great results - Experience of using patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems - Excellent attention to detail - Strong IT skills, able to use all Microsoft Office applications and other
Desirable
- Previous experience in Ophthalmology, Theatre, General Surgery or Outpatients
