Main duties of the job As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Solent Grange Care Home, with a focus on night shifts. This includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, and ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of the residents. You will work closely with the nursing team and other care staff to create a nurturing and supportive environment for the residents.
