Jobomschrijving For the maintenance department of our client located in Grimbergen, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work rotating shifts (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00). This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to repair requests. Your main responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician : Maintain and repair automated systems as needed Perform maintenance and repairs on lift trucks Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on all equipment and installations Service and maintain order pickers, reach trucks, and combi trucks The Maintenance Technician we are looking for possesses the following qualities: Engineering background Ability to work rotating shifts (6h-14h and 14h-22h) Hands-on and dynamic approach Precision and results-oriented mindset Takes initiative and assumes responsibility Team player who can also work independently Preferably experienced in welding Fluent in English ; Dutch is a plus
