As the company continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their team with an IT Support professional. Jobomschrijving You communicate with external suppliers. You visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues. You provide user support for the department's applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions. You test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects. As a key user, you help document IT procedures and usage guidelines. You analyze data and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI. Internally, you collaborate closely with the IT department and application users, reporting to the System Development Operations Manager Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field First experience in IT support Fluent in Dutch, French, and English Driver's license required Dynamic, with good communication skills, and ready to join a fun team
