About this role
As a Production Operator/Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the correct production process and delivering high-quality products with a clear and accurate expiry date. You start the production process, operate the filling machine and make adjustments when necessary. You monitor the machines, perform quality checks and regularly take samples for laboratory analysis. In the event of a malfunction, you try to solve the issue yourself or call the technician. You follow the production schedule, record inspection results and immediately take the necessary action in case of deviations. You also ensure a clean and organized workplace and comply with safety and hygiene regulations. You will work in a 2-shift system: 5:55 AM–2:00 PM / 1:55 PM–10:00 PM . Preferably a secondary education diploma or equivalent experience Eager to learn and proactive Hands-on and practical mindset Able to work independently Willing to actively contribute to the success of the team Strong focus on quality Willing to work in a 2-shift system
