Responsibilities Analyze requirements and assess their impact on processes, systems, and tools to deliver value propositions. Develop and adjust strategic roadmaps based on functional expertise and feasibility evaluations. Perform conceptual design for business initiatives and analyze innovative transformation solutions. Establish acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions while coaching implementation activities. Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives within an established business framework. Document solution directions and business requirements to ensure cost efficiency and compliance. Requirements You possess 5+ years of experience in business consultancy or business analysis. You have professional experience in Process Modeling , management, and documentation. You bring a solid understanding of Business Analysis best practices and Agile methodologies. You have a strong affinity for IT and Network domains. You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset. You're recognized for excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You are fluent in English . Nice to Haves Knowledge of AWS , SQL , Data Modeling , and UX experience. Understanding of Service Assurance processes. Previous experience in the Telecom industry. Knowledge of Dutch .
