Jobomschrijving As a Commercial Data Analyst and Process Optimization Coordinator your responsibilities are: Maintain and update commercial systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability Support the customer service department with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT teams for improvements Prepare and generate reports to provide insights for business decisions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow integration Train staff on system functionalities and updates when required Manage user access and permissions within the commercial system Analyze sales results Translate Data into specific Insights As Commercial Data Analyst and Process Optimization Coordinator you have following profile: You are a SAP Key user Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: you understand data and translate it into sales actions You master Excel Knowledge of customer service processes and systems Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Fluency in Dutch, English and French
