Sea-Watch is looking for a Navigational Watch Officer (f/m/d) Start: September 2026 | Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off Contract: 4 months total (2 on, 2 off) Salary: €3,400/month gross (possible increases based on experience, family needs, disability, years of service) Sea-Watch e.V. is a non-profit initiative for civil sea rescue in the central Mediterranean. We provide emergency aid, demand rescue by European institutions, and stand for safe escape routes. We are politically and religiously independent, funded by donations. We’re looking for a 3rd Officer to join our vessel Sea-Watch 5. You should enjoy working in a diverse team where trust and skills guide responsibilities.
