We are looking for a dedicated and caring Speech and Language Therapist to join us at our specialist residential care service, Broughton Lodge.

This post is suitable for a newly qualified SLT or a student due to receive their registration in summer 2026.

Broughton Lodge is a 20-bed specialist residential service for autistic adults and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that challenge. Support with your NQP competencies, including 1:1 weekly meetings, fortnightly access to an NQP Forum and monthly Clinical Supervision from an experienced SLT.
