Role overview

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient consultations via our AI-supported platform, ensuring clinical accuracy and a 24-hour turnaround on all cases.

Dispense, label, and process prescriptions in compliance with SOPs and NHS requirements, with meticulous attention to detail.

Maintain accurate, confidential patient records across our digital systems.

Identify and escalate clinical queries appropriately, collaborating closely with pharmacists and the wider team.

Contribute to process improvements as we scale - your frontline insight will help shape how we work.

Requirements

Essential

NVQ3 (Level 3) Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years experience in a community pharmacy setting.

Experience with dispensing processes and patient-facing responsibilities.

Strong communication skills and confidence handling sensitive conversations.

Ability to work accurately in a structured, high-volume environment.

Basic IT proficiency and experience using pharmacy dispensing systems.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Nice to have

Experience delivering NHS clinical services.

Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification.

CPPE communication training.

Practicalities

Working Location: 42 Barnard Rd, Bowthorpe Employment Area, Norwich NR5 9JB, UKThe standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

From time to time, you may be required to work weekends to meet business needs. This is expected to be infrequent (approximately once every 23 months) and may not be required at all. Where weekend work is necessary, the typical hours would be Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
