About this role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Biology Teacher (AS/A Level) to deliver high-quality Biology instruction and support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons in line with British Curriculum and examination board requirements. Prepare students for AS/A Level examinations through effective teaching, practical activities, revision, and targeted academic support. Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and implement appropriate interventions to improve achievement. Maintain a positive learning environment and contribute to departmental development, assessment, and school improvement initiatives. Requirements: Postgraduate degree/Master’s in Biology or a related subject with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching Biology at AS/A Level, preferably in a British Curriculum school. Strong knowledge of relevant examination board specifications and practical laboratory work. Excellent command of English, with strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Certicates must be MOFA attested and with Equivalency/Genuinity certificate.
