Amazon Timestream for InfluxDB is a fast, scalable, fully-managed time-series database service that makes it easy to build and run applications that work with high-volume temporal data. The core of Timestream for InfluxDB is a purpose-built, high-performance engine optimized for ingesting millions of data points per second and querying with milliseconds latency, allowing you to easily build IoT analytics, infrastructure monitoring, and real-time observability applications. Timestream for InfluxDB works actively with the open-source InfluxDB community and supports InfluxQL, SQL, and the InfluxDB line protocol. You will design and deliver new features and integrations that drive Timestream for InfluxDB's high availability, reliability, and performance guarantees to AWS customers. You will participate in project architecture, design to develop cutting-edge managed database service capabilities while leading projects with amazing team members. A day in the life · Lead the development of cloud-native database · Design, implement, test, and deploy database services optimized for cloud environments · Mentor engineers and managers while contributing hands-on technical work · Drive technical decisions, design tradeoffs, and feature prioritization · Partner with senior executives to define business targets and resource planning · Build and scale engineering teams through recruitment and talent development · Shape technical strategy to deliver innovative solutions for customers About the team Our team is dedicated to supporting new members.
