You will have an opportunity to work across the entire Leo organization implementing and managing various controls along side Leo Security. Leo security owns policy and definition of controls, and this role owns the coordination, development, implementation, and change management of controls as well as managing defects and improvements. Key job responsibilities • Partner with service and operational teams to optimize and maintain user guides, process guides, and application configuration documentation, ensuring a consistently high quality bar across all deliverables. • Triage user feedback, prioritize actionable items, and incorporate insights into content improvement plans shared during WBR and MBR updates. • Create and maintain integrated help content and training on the Amazon training service consoles, reporting on adoption metrics and content effectiveness in WBR and MBR forums. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and develop content that drives user adoption of supported services, including user documentation, graphics, training material, and interactive storyboards. • Create, maintain, and edit content for a global and technically diverse audience, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all formats. • Manage all aspects of the documentation lifecycle: planning, testing, maintaining, and delivery, with progress and milestones tracked and communicated through WBR and MBR updates. • Leverage metrics to identify underperforming content, develop improvement plans, and present findings and action items in WBR and MBR reviews to maintain visibility and accountability.
