EagleForce Security is hiring licensed and professional Security Guards to provide on-site protection at a retail center in Etobicoke. This role is ideal for security professionals who are vigilant, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff, tenants, and visitors. Guards will be responsible for following EagleForce Security protocols and site-specific procedures to maintain a safe environment
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail premises * Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity * Provide a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service to staff and visitors * Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner * Write clear and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation * Assist with loss prevention and support retail tenants when security concerns arise * Ensure compliance with the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA) and all company procedures * Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and EagleForce Security management when required
*Qualifications*
* Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (must be in good standing) * Minimum 1 year of experience in security (retail security experience preferred but not mandatory) * Strong observational and communication skills with a professional presence * Ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful or emergency situations * Knowledge of PSISA regulations and Ontario security standards * Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Valid First Aid/CPR certification (required prior to start date) * Reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding EagleForce Security?s standards

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
