_*Warehouse Associate*_
We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time, permanent position is based at our Tara location. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving supplier deliveries, accurately entering received parts into our computer system, maintaining an orderly warehouse and yard, and assisting co-workers with loading trucks.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and able to manage multiple priorities. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Experience in dairy farming, agriculture, or a related industry would also be considered a strong asset.
*Key Responsibilities*
· Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries from suppliers.
· Compare incoming shipments with purchase orders and packing slips.
· Accurately receive parts and inventory into the company?s computer system.
· Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
· Label, organize, and store parts and materials in their proper locations.
· Keep the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, safe, and well organized.
· Assist co-workers with loading trucks and preparing materials for delivery.
· Help locate and retrieve parts, equipment, and supplies as required.
· Support inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
· Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all workplace safety procedures.
· Perform other warehouse and yard duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
· Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience is preferred.
· Experience in dairy farming, agriculture, agricultural equipment, or a similar hands-on environment is an asset.
· Basic computer skills and the ability to learn an inventory management system.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Dependable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed.
· Ability to safely lift and move parts, materials, and equipment.
· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
· A valid driver?s license is an asset.
*Position Details*
Based on your experience, we offer a competitive compensation program, boot & tools allowance, cell phone and RSP program and benefit package. Training will be provided on company procedures and computer systems

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
