Requirements*:*
* *Weekend availability*; part-time shifts may be scheduled *anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.* * Able to *stand for extended periods* and *lift up to ~20 kg (44 lb)*. * Basic knife skills; comfort with *flat-top, fryer, oven/combi*. * Strong communication, punctuality, and a guest-focused attitude. * Reliable transportation to/from work.
Responsibilities
* *Cook to order:* Prepare and plate menu items quickly and consistently to spec. * *Station setup/close:* Open/close the line; follow checklists; keep BOH guest-ready. * *Prep & rotation:* Follow prep lists; label/date (*FIFO*) * *Food safety/HACCP:* Hold/cook/cool to required temps * *Clean as you go:* Maintain a tidy line * *Dishes: *Keep up with dishes as they come in * *Teamwork & comms:* Coordinate ticket timing with *Front Desk/Bar*; flag low stock, equipment issues, or delays early. * *Cost awareness:* Follow portioning standards; minimize waste. * *Flex support:* On some shifts, support *breakfast* or small *banquet* setups.
