About this role
We are seeking a *Registered Physiotherapist* to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or orthopedic conditions, helping them restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy care.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and functional evaluations * Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals * Provide hands-on treatment such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required * Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs * Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals * Collaborate with physiotherapy assistants and clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care * Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution * Current registration and good standing with the *College of Physiotherapists of Ontario* * Professional liability insurance * Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive compensation $40-$50/hour (Commission basis also can be considered) * Continuing education support * Access to clinic facilities and administrative support
