Job Description Job DescriptionPARTS COUNTER PERSON Full-Time Position We are looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive, truck, trailer, or heavy-duty parts industry and have a strong understanding of parts identification and customer service. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities
• Assist customers with parts inquiries and sales • Identify and source automotive, truck, and trailer parts • Prepare parts orders and invoices • Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service • Work as part of a team to support our service and parts operations Qualifications
• Previous experience in automotive, truck, trailer, or heavy-duty parts is preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Good computer skills and ability to learn parts systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented • Willing to train the right candidate What We Offer
