• Diagnostics: Use computerized testing tools and test drives to find and isolate engine, transmission, electrical, or brake problems. • Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and tune-ups. • Repairs and Replacements: Fix or swap out worn parts like brake pads, sensors, steering components, and exhaust systems using hand and power tools. • Customer Service: Explain vehicle issues and required repairs to clients, and document all completed work.
