*Responsibilities*
* Design and deliver dynamic pickleball coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels * Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies to beginners and advanced players alike * Monitor players? performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate continuous improvement * Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of equipment * Organize friendly matches, drills, and tournaments to encourage community engagement * Maintain a clean and organized court environment, including equipment setup and storage * Communicate effectively with participants to foster a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes fun and learning
*Skills*
* Proven experience in teaching or coaching pickleball * Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and game strategies * Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of players * Ability to demonstrate proper technique through clear instruction and live demonstrations * Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a lively environment
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 per week
