We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Labourer/Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team. *Duties*
* Packing and sorting parts in a designated area * Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring parts are correctly fitted and secured * Grinding and re-work of parts as required * Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, organizing workstations, and maintaining cleanliness * Conduct routine visual inspections of assembled parts * Assisting press operators to load and unload parts from a punch press and other machinery. * Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently while maintaining quality standards
*Skills*
* Mechanical knowledge to understand basic machinery operation and manufacturing processes * Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in assembly and manufacturing tasks * Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing or warehouse settings * Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work as part of a team * Strong attention to safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace * Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout shifts

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
