* Orthodontics * Cosmetic Dentistry * Root Canal Therapy * Pediatric Dentistry * Sleep Dentistry * Periodontics * Dental Implants * Oral Surgery * And so much more!
What You?ll Be Doing
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you?ll play an important role in helping patients understand and move forward with their recommended treatment. You?ll also take on a variety of *administrative and front-office responsibilities* that help keep our practice running smoothly.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Presenting and coordinating dental treatment plans * Educating patients about recommended treatment and helping them understand their options * Following up with patients regarding outstanding treatment * Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules * Assisting with dental insurance claims and inquiries * Supporting patient financing and payment discussions * Maintaining accurate patient records * Completing various administrative and office duties * Working closely with dentists and the rest of the dental team * Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience

Who We?re Looking For
We?re looking for someone who is *organized, confident, personable, and genuinely passionate about helping patients.*
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum *1 year of dental treatment coordinating experience in Ontario* * Previous experience with *dental insurance claims* is an asset * *Dentrix experience* is an asset * Strong communication and organizational skills * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment * A positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude * Comfortable balancing treatment coordination with administrative responsibilities * *Some evening and weekend hours required*
