*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations * Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times * Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction * Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours * Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods * Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures * Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting with attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team * Strong understanding of the food industry trends and customer service expectations
