The Pay Structure: Real Payouts, No GuessworkWe pay a competitive hourly salary for every booked treatment *PLUS* your 15-minute turnaround/cleanup time.
* *How it works:* You are paid your full hourly rate for the entirety of the client loop (*60 minutes of hands-on massage + 15 minutes of paid flip/charting time*).

Our front desk teams actively stack your schedule back-to-back. If an un-fillable gap occurs, you are free to leave the clinic. * *Supplies & Support:* We provide all hydraulic tables, premium linens, oils/lotions, and full front-desk reception support from 9am-5pm. * *Team Environment:* Work alongside a supportive network of wellness professionals.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality, customized massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs and wellness goals. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date client treatment records and progress notes. * Assess clients' physical conditions, range of motion, and medical histories to build safe treatment plans. * Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional treatment room environment. * Foster long-term client relationships through excellent communication and professional care.
*Requirements*
* *Active Registration:* Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with a recognized provincial association in Alberta. * *Insurance:* Active professional liability insurance. * *Customer-Centric:* Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience. * *Reliability:* Punctual, professional, and dedicated to a collaborative team dynamic.
