*MARKETING COORDINATOR*

The newly established Lenbrook Media Group now leads the commercialization of our proprietary media management technologies and platforms, including BluOS, MQA, AIRIA, FOQUS, and QRONO.
At our Pickering location we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the brand marketing and communications team to develop, execute, and report on omni-channel marketing campaigns and programs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain hands-on experience across integrated marketing communications, dealer and partner communications, digital marketing initiatives, and day-to-day marketing operations. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in coordinating projects, supporting campaign execution, managing marketing assets and calendars, and assisting internal teams to ensure marketing programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.
*A Day in the Life:*
· Supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns by assisting with campaign briefs, timelines, marketing assets, and stakeholder coordination.
· Maintain and update the marketing and communications calendar, ensuring key campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities are accurately tracked and communicated across teams.
· Coordinate marketing projects using Wrike and other project management tools, helping ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders have information and assets required to support campaign execution.
· Assists with the deployment of marketing campaigns across email, web, partner, and social channels, ensuring campaign are launched accurately and according to communication schedules.
· Support the creation, scheduling, testing, and deployment of email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Klayvio, or similar tools.
· Assist in maintaining relationships with channel partners and dealers by coordinating marketing materials, campaign assets, promotional activities, and communications.
· Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including basic website content updates, campaign tracking, performance reporting, and competitive monitoring.
· Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, sales, and external partners to support campaign execution and ensure alignment across the business.
· Compile campaign and marketing performance reports, helping identify trends and providing administrative support for ongoing marketing optimization efforts.
· Assist with maintaining advertising budget reports, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and other marketing administration activities.
· Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support to the Lenbrook Americas sales and marketing team, assisting with dealer programs, reporting, marketing materials, and project coordination.

*What You Bring to the Team:*
· 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, project coordination, or a related role.
· Experience supporting marketing campaigns, communication programs, events, or related marketing initiatives.
· Confident using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Klayvio, HubSpot, or similar tools is considered an asset.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Post Secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
