Prime Cannabis is a local, BC Company located in West Kelowna who?s mission it is to provide an easy, educational, and safe retail experience empowering the guest to choose from a variety of premium cannabis products.
*About the role: *Budtender will act as a retail associate whose goal is to provide a superior customer service experience. Whether it?s working on the till, educating the customers or sorting inventory, this position is a critical role in the success of our organization.
*About you:* Are you passionate about cannabis? Helping people? Providing the highest level of customer service? If you?ve answered yes to all of these, then look no further. We?re looking for a strong communicator, who?s personable, reliable, and punctual.
*Job Duties:*
\* Greet and assist customers
\* Educate the customers on the variety of products
\* Operating a point of sales system ? Cova
\* Maintaining a clean environment at all times
\* Managing inventory
\* Ensuring accurate cash outs
*Summary of requirements:*
\* Must have min 1-3-years of customer service experience
Retail Cannabis experience is a HUGE asset.
\* _*Applicants are responsible for obtaining a Provincial Worker Verification "Selling it Right"*_
\* Cannabis knowledge is an asset
* Minimum 19-years of age
