SpeechAim is looking for a passionate and dedicated Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA / SLPA) to join our growing team and provide in-home speech and language therapy services in the *Brampton and Etobicoke areas*.

Responsibilities
* Provide speech and language intervention to children, adults, and seniors under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist * Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities based on client goals * Provide caregiver education and support to help families carry over strategies at home * Prepare and provide home practice activities and recommendations * Monitor client progress and communicate updates with the supervising SLP * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable CASLPO standards and guidelines * Collaborate with the supervising SLP and other members of the clinical team as needed
Requirements
* Graduate certificate in Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA), required * Active or preferred membership with the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association of Canada (CDAAC) * Experience working with a variety of client populations is an asset * Strong interest in working with autistic individuals and other neurodiverse populations * Reliable vehicle, valid driver's licence, and appropriate insurance for in-home travel * Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supervising SLP * Multilingual proficiency is an asset but not required
