Roastery Modus is a owner-operator micro roaster specializing in modern coffee roasting and sourcing. _*The Role*_
We're looking for a full-time baker to join our team.
You'll be working together to produce our daily bake lineup, prep for service, and collaborate on new menu items. This is a role for someone who enjoys baking, technical and creative aspects, and wants to be part of a small team that cares about quality.
_*What You'll Be Doing*_
* production baking and prepping our lunch lineup of focaccia sandwiches * Following recipes accurately and consistently * Collaborating in recipe development and seasonal features * Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace * Helping with ingredient prep and day-to-day production * Inventory management

* Is reliable and dependable. * Takes initiative and has an interest in leading * Is organized and attentive to detail. * Works efficiently with a sense of urgency, while maintaining quality. * Is curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback. * Enjoys baking and creating quality food, and is looking for a place to continue learning and developing their craft. * Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a small team. * Has baking experience or transferable food preparation experience (preferred, but not required).
*Previous baking experience is preferred * *Weekday and weekend availability is required. Flexible schedule around 3-5 days/week.*

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience: * Cooking and baking: 1 year (preferred)
