*Overview*
Join our dynamic team as a Gas Station Supervisor, where you'll lead daily operations at a busy fuel station and convenience store. This energetic role offers the opportunity to manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, oversee sales and merchandising, and maintain safety and compliance standards. As a key leader, you'll drive store performance, foster a positive work environment, and ensure smooth day-to-day functions that keep our customers satisfied and coming back.

*On site:* Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. *Work setting:* Gas Station
*Responsibilities/Tasks*
* Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) * Assign sales workers to duties * Hire and train or arrange for training of staff * Authorize payments by cheque * Order merchandise * Authorize return of merchandise * Establish work schedules * Sell merchandise * Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters * Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages * Organize and maintain inventory * Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers * Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions * Verify stock availability from current inventories * Receive payments from customers * Price items using stamp or stickers according to price list * Balance cash and record sales * Receive payments * Provide customer service * Balance and deposit cash * Manage staff and assign duties * Maintain inventory of equipment * Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts * Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil and accessory sales * Perform routine maintenance work * Manage difficult situations with customers * Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment * Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase * Order supplies and maintain inventory * Deposit cash and maintain daily log books * Organise day-to-day business operations * Experience and specialization * Computer and technology knowledgeInventory control software
