Join our busy waterfront restaurant located at the entrance of Granville Island! The Vancouver Fish Company is currently looking for motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.
*Position:* Line Cook
*Location:* Granville Island ? Vancouver, BC
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization * Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards * Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment * Support the kitchen team during service
*Requirements:*
* Previous kitchen experience preferred (line cook or prep cook) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Team player with a positive attitude * Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays * Food Safe certification is an asset
