About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Hire food service staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Establish work schedules. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
