Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Supervision: 5-10 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Shift. Flexible hours. On call. Day. Weekend. Overtime available.
