About this role
Job Summary Under the support of the Director-Treasury Management you will support the sales process with activities translating to business development, relationship retention and revenue growth.

Planning/Prospecting (Under the direction of the Treasury Management team)
• Conduct research on customers and prospects to prepare for meetings.
• Develop pricing scenarios for potential offerings.
• Attend meetings with Relationship Managers as support for the Treasury Management Team.
• Participate in joint sales calls alongside the Treasury Management Team.
• Gather information to prepare comprehensive relationship reviews.
• Create sales materials, including proposals, schematics, pricing sheets, pitch books, economic models, and presentations.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all sales calls to foster client engagement.
Portfolio Growth
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Directly engage with current customers to uncover additional needs without the Treasury Management Team.
• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Team to review new business opportunities.
• Actively generate inside sales leads through relationship building.
Implementation
• Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure a smooth implementation of Treasury products and services.
• Oversee the implementation process and escalate any issues to the Treasury Management Team as necessary.
• Demonstrate Online Banking and other Treasury modules to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with the Account Opening Specialist to gather necessary documentation for account setups.
• Complete required legal documentation for customers as needed.
• Validate billing processes post-implementation to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Treasury products and services.
• Maintain proficiencies with systems to access customer information.
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Escalate service issues appropriately and support communication during significant customer-impact events.
Team Engagement
• Assist in managing opportunity tracking and bookings within Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and enhancing product offerings.
• Provide backup support for the Treasury Management Team and other Sales Associates as needed.
Portfolio and Risk Management
• Proactively manage the portfolio while effectively balancing risk.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy in all documentation and system entries to uphold data integrity.
Education & Experience
• Associate degree or 3 – 5 years industry experience
• General Banking industry knowledge
• Working knowledge of sales cycle – prospecting through closing
• Understanding of business acumen & written skills
• Collaborative, interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures.
