Position: Occupational Therapist - Regular Part Time (RPT) Department: Rehabilitation Services Reports to: Director of Rehabilitation
Are you passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team in a regular part-time role working 24 hours per week. Bonus points if you are experienced in lymphedema training!
In this position, you will evaluate and treat patients across a variety of ages and diagnoses, while collaborating with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Assist with activity programming and services for patients as appropriate.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Participate in program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Nebraska Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Valid Nebraska driver's license
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
