Fiddler's Creek, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$17.75 per hour

Summary:

The Beverage Cart Attendant is integral to the guest experience and provides food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of bartending experience

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law

• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes preferred

• Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system

• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely

• Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette

• Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public

• Must have strong skills in Customer Service

• Must be dependable

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests

• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies

• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use

• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed

• Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure

• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them

• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.

• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available

• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks

• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned

• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees

• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

• Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed

• Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
