About this role
The Front Door Diversion Quality Assurance & Care Coordinator is a member of Thresholds Intake Department. The focus of the team is on member satisfaction, service efficacy and availability and member outcomes. The team ensures that funder expectations are being met in service delivery and are available to offer support, guidance and deliver hands‐on training for improvement.
The Front Door Diversion Quality Assurance and Care Coordinator serves as the liaison between the agency, IDHS and subs
