NAFI Connecticut provides programs, consultation, and support services in a variety of settings across Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island. We work with adults, children, and families to increase communication and social skills, improve relationships, increase circles of support, and provide therapeutic services based on best-practice research. We believe that people can change, and we work to empower each individual in their own care.
We are currently exploring candidates for Bilingual Overnight Supervisor in our residential program in Litchfield, CT. The program offers robust clinical, therapeutic, educational, and case management services to young women ages 13–17 while working to reunite them with family members or other identified sponsors.
Responsibilities Include:
• Support overnight staff
• Approve timecards
• Make sure documentation is in compliance with ORR by ensuring the due dates are met
• Medication management
• Client support
• Ensuring safety and security
• Managing scheduling

Desired Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years experience
Salary / Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour
