We are currently seeking a Commercial Relationship Administration Manager to join our organization. As the Relationship Administration Manager, you'll provide leadership and operational support to regionally assigned areas for Commercial Relationship Administration functions. You'll support the AVP by managing the regional Commercial Relationship Administration team, coordinate daily workflow and resolve operational issues. You'll be responsible for ensuring consistent execution of loan documentation, account opening, and member service processes along with staff training, workflow support, and system and process expertise. You'll also lead and oversee the team responsible for managing Commercial Banking member relationships and account services.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee, coordinate, and assist in the daily activity of the regional Relationship Management administration function to include assignment of duties and special projects, monitoring workload and productivity, planning and prioritization, problem resolution, and developing recommendations for change or improvement in partnership with the AVP Commercial Relationship Administration.

• Support regional execution of the commercial banking service model and lead the team to support Commercial Relationship Managers with loan processes through in-depth knowledge of commercial banking lending practices, deposit account openings, and loan documentation.

• Lead prefunding process for documentation and the loan closing process that may include complex loan requests and attorney-prepared documents

• Complete assigned Commercial Relationship Administration work as an active member of a regional Relationship Administration team, including loan documentation support, account opening and maintenance, prefunding and closing coordination, document review, exception follow-up, file maintenance, and direct support to Commercial Relationship Managers and Commercial Banking members.

• Lead subordinate staff with respect to recruiting, development, coaching, and evaluation of employee performance in accordance with performance management standards.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and partnership to the regional team while aligning decisions, communication, and escalation with the AVP Commercial Relationship Administration and organizational values.

• Responsible for training staff, managing workflow, facilitating implementation of processes and procedures, and representing regional administration needs in departmental meetings.

What You'll Need:

• Three years to five years of similar or related experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Key Skills and Experience:

• Extensive prior experience with commercial banking loan documentation, administration, processing and due diligence activities required.

• Requires thorough understanding of concepts, practices and procedures of commercial banking loan and account processing.

• Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.

• Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills essential.

• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.
