About this role

Responsibilities

· Develop and recommend pricing and revenue growth strategies across the Nature's Path portfolio to support revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning.

· Lead annual pricing reviews and support list price adjustments, promotional pricing, pack architecture changes, and pricing elasticity analysis.

· Manage the annual revenue plan for US markets in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance, with the goal of achieving company targets for revenue, volume, mix, and rate.

· Evaluate trade promotion performance, including trade spend, event-level ROI, ROTI, risk and opportunity management, and post-event promotional analytics.

· Partner with customer sales teams to develop effective promotional calendars, retailer-specific growth plans, and recommendations for display, feature, TPR, and merchandising programs.

· Assess SKU, flavor, package size, and channel performance to support portfolio, assortment, shelf productivity, innovation, and renovation decisions.

· Turn insights from Commercial, Category Management, and Finance teams into recommendations for product portfolio optimization, brand health, pricing, customer requests, and whitespace opportunities.

· Develop actionable insights using syndicated, retailer, and internal data sources, including Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, retailer POS, panel data, Power BI, and Excel.

· Build dashboards and reporting tools that monitor volume, price, mix, distribution, velocity, and profitability.

· Lead scenario modeling, financial analysis, month-end performance reviews, and business cases that support commercial decision-making and senior leadership recommendations.

· Serve as the subject matter expert for TPM, partnering closely with TPM tool providers and internal Sales, Finance, Business Solutions, Marketing, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.

· Support annual operating planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and long-term TPM and RGM projects as needed.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in CPG, revenue growth management, pricing, trade promotion, category management, sales strategy, or finance.

· Experience in the US consumer products industry, including category and brand strategies, competitors, retail channels, trade strategies, and negotiations.

· Strong financial acumen, including solid P&L management, scenario modeling, and business analysis skills.

· Experience using technology, data, and reporting tools to improve revenue strategies and commercial decision-making.

· Experience with syndicated and retailer data sources such as Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, retailer POS, panel data, or SPINS is an asset.

· Power BI and/or data science experience is required, along with strong Excel skills.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations for cross-functional partners and senior leaders.

Notes

· This role is remote within the U.S. and offers a base salary range of $125,000–$155,000, plus a 15% bonus.
